1、 Characteristics:
The WBS and WBZS series stainless steel explosion-proof and corrosion-resistant pumps have impellers that are either formed with a semi open structure or a closed structure. In addition, there are two types of connection between the pump and the motor: direct and bearing bracket. All pump shaft seals use the advanced cantilever technology mechanical seal from Xide, which integrates excellent structure, performance, and design. The overcurrent components and connecting frames are made of high-quality stainless steel materials. Therefore, the two series of products have a series of advantages such as reliable corrosion resistance, easy use and maintenance, compact structure, low energy consumption, and good sealing performance.
2、 Main applications: WBS and WBZS series pumps can transport liquids with temperatures not exceeding 90 (direct coupled) or 105 (with bearing bracket), containing (or not containing) small soft particles or fibrous materials, corrosive or hygienic requirements. WBZS series pumps also have self-priming performance, and are widely used in industries such as food, beverage, medicine, sewage treatment, chemical, electroplating, dyeing, and fine chemical.
3、 Applicable media: organic solvents such as alcohol and methanol, low viscosity liquids such as water, seawater, hot water, liquids containing fine particles, sewage, corrosive liquids, edible beverage solutions, etc.
